Beekeeping App

The application Beekeeping App is based in Poland, European Union. The sole creator of the application is Sebastian Rosik.

Usage restrictions

You may not use the Beekeeping App (this website and application) for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Beekeeping App, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You can use the software in the way you want (within the boundary of law), for personal, educational, research, non-profit governmental, professional purpose. You can't modify nor sell the software.

Content ownership

You are the sole owner of the data you input into the Beekeeping App. By storing data in the app, you confirm that you have all the legal rights to your data and that it is not illegal or unauthorized.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is”. The Beekeeping App Creator nor its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither The Beekeeping App Creator nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Software will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Software at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will The Beekeeping App Creator, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to The Beekeeping App Creator under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. The Beekeeping App Creator shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Third party services

The Beekeeping App contains an AI Assistant module that uses OpenAI API. The module is disabled by default, and no data are sent to OpenAI servers. By enabling the module, you agree to allow your data (including but not limited to information regarding apiaries, hives, reports, queens, tasks etc.) to be shared with OpenAI for AI processing.
